Lovely bag for Spring...

Thanks to Natalie for the generous donation of fabric the other weekend, I have made a lovely bag, tote style, a new bag pattern, another pdf one, this one says for personal use only one the bottom of the pattern, so I e-mailed the pattern designer and she has given me permission to sell in my Etsy shop as long as I give her credit and a link back to her etsy shop which seems fair to me as she has done all the hard work of designing the pattern and making and selling the pdf pattern. Since I've started making bags and looking for new patterns, I've seen so many bags I recognise on facebook, etsy etc which are being passed off as their own designs.

Anyway here are the usual pics, this latest pattern is a reversible tote bag with tie fastening detail and was a really easy pattern to follow too!

Lovely fabrics and colours, the floral is linen fabric and the plain lilac is silk taffeta type fabric, as usual this is a one off in these colours, here is the link to the Etsy shop for more information

A while ago, someone asked me why don't I design my own patterns? well some of the bags and other items are my own designs, fabric bookmarks, keyrings, the 'hearts & flowers' bag,peg bags, patchwork quilts, flower applique mobile cover and a more recent example being the tea-pot table runner for my Mum's 70th birthday but as there hasn't been much interest in the way of sales or orders, there didn't seem much point carrying on doing this, so I started looking at other designs.
